How does it work with shipping?

Customers pay for the shipping fees. Once a customer purchases an item, we will provide you with the relevant shipping documentation, all you have to do is organise the packaging and request a courier pickup or drop the package off at your local shipping office.

What about made to order items?

If an item is available only via made to order, we will ensure that the customer is well aware and issue an extended expected delivery date alongside the product listing.

Can I update my inventory?

Yes you can, you will have access to a personal dashboard where changes and updates may be made to your inventory.

What happens if a customer requests a refund?

Customers may request a refund up to 14 days after physically receiving the order. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

When do I get paid?

Every 2 weeks a payment will be made to your nominated account for the sales made, minus a commission fee from the retail price of the product.
