Shipping Information

  • You will receive products directly from the small business that designed, created or made your item and support independent brands
  • Shipping costs can vary between different brands depending on their location
  • You can order multiple products from one designer for a flat delivery cost
  • You will receive an estimated delivery window in your order confirmation email
  • Orders are dispatched directly from our designers - meaning you are receiving your product straight from the small creative business that designed or created your product. Thank you for supporting independent brands!
  • We're unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • All taxes are included for EU customers, so you won't need to pay any additional fees 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.


Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.

Shipping Times

Please allow us between 3-5 business days to process your order.

Deliveries should take between 2-7 days within the European Union.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. 5WAY cannot take responsibility for delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery takes 2-7 business days after it's dispatched. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

If you order from multiple 5WAY partners, please bare in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.


As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order.

If you ordered a customised item, we can only accept cancellations up to 48 hours after you placed the order.

Wrong address

The End Customer is responsible to provide the correct address. If the apartment/suite number is not included or a wrong postal code is provided and reshipping is required, there will be a re-shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge, which the End Customer will be required to pay.
